- Develop and maintain Revit BIM models for interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
- Create detailed models for partitions, ceilings, flooring, furniture, custom joinery and architectural elements.
- Develop models and drawings to LOD 300–400, and update models to LOD 500/as-built based on project requirements.
- Prepare GFC/IFC drawings, plans, sections, elevations, details and schedules.
- Model custom furniture, joinery, wardrobes, reception counters, wall panels and other interior elements.
- Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP services within the BIM environment.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
- Follow project BEP, BIM standards, naming conventions and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, QS,
project managers and site teams to resolve design/modeling issues.
- Incorporate site changes and maintain accurate as-built models.
