We specifically require candidates with minimum 3 years of experience in the Logistics field, particularly with exposure to Custom House Agent (CHA) operations and Freight Forwarding

Key Responsibilities

- Invoice Generation: Prepare, verify, and issue accurate sales invoices, bills, and delivery challans.

- Data Entry & Records: Record daily financial transactions and maintain organized digital and physical documentation.

- Payment Processing: Handle cash, card, and digital transactions, and update accounts receivable ledgers.

- Dispute Resolution: Answer customer or client inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies or payment delays.

- Departmental Coordination: Coordinate with sales, store, and finance teams to confirm order details and pricing.

- Compliance & Reporting:



Ensure local tax rules (such as GST) and company financial policies are strictly followed.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce or Finance (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, billing, or data entry (freshers with relevant software skills are often accepted).

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software like Tally (Tally Prime/ERP), QuickBooks, SAP, and strong command of MS Excel.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, positive verbal communication, and basic problem-solving abilities.
