Job Title : Billing Executive

Location : Punjagutta, HYD. - In person

Working days : 6 days/week

Timings : 10 am - 09pm (male) / A shift (10-8), B Shift (11-9) - female

Experience : 1 to 4 Years (Jewellery / Retail Billing)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Jewellery Billing Executive to manage our retail transaction process. You will be the final point of contact for our customers, ensuring that high-value purchases are invoiced accurately, market rates are applied correctly, and all financial documentation meets regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle accurate billing for Pearls, gold and diamond, jewellery
- Generate invoices using POS / jewellery billing software
- Calculate weight, making charges, wastage, GST, and discounts.
- Manage cash, card, UPI, and online transactions.




- Maintain & report daily sales and billing reports.
- Coordinate with sales team for smooth customer checkout.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and alteration billing as per policy.
- Ensure error-free entries related to billing and stock movement.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience as a Billing Executive (Jewellery/Retail preferred)
- Good knowledge of jewellery billing, GST, and POS systems
- Computer skills (billing software, MS Excel)
- Solid numerical skills and attention to detail
- Polite, responsible, and customer-friendly attitude
- Must be able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A professional, well-groomed appearance is required for our luxury showroom environment.
