Role & responsibilities

- Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports for Finance, RCM, Operations, Product, and Executive Management.

- Work with business teams to understand their reporting needs and convert them into dashboards and KPIs.

- Manage dashboards, data connections, data refreshes, users, and access.

- Work with data from QuickBooks, ClaimMD, Healthie, Excel, SQL databases, APIs, and internal applications.

- Validate data and make sure dashboards and reports are accurate.

- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues.

- Maintain KPI definitions and documentation for dashboards.

- Work with the Engineering/Technology team when additional data or system integration support is needed.

Support the VP Technology with BI strategy, reporting priorities, and dashboard development

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience with Zoho Analytics.

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.

- Healthcare or RCM reporting experience.

Experience working with APIs and cloud-based applications
