US IT Bench Sales Recruiter ? Location: Vijayawada – Work From Office

? Experience: 2–5 Years

? Employment: Full-Time

? Shift: US Operational Hours / Night Shift

? Key Responsibilities

* Market bench consultants for C2C & Full-Time opportunities.

- Handle OPT, CPT, H1B, GC & H4 EAD profiles.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, prime vendors & clients.
- Leverage existing vendor databases and professional contacts.
- Understand IT technologies and match consultants with suitable requirements.
- Negotiate rates and manage submissions, interviews & placements.




- Maintain consultant/vendor pipelines and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly submission and placement targets.

? Requirements

* 2–5 years of US IT Bench Sales experience.

- Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing market.
- Good understanding of software technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & networking skills.
- Robust vendor/prime-vendor network preferred.
- Experience with job portals, LinkedIn, CRM/ATS is a plus.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in US night shifts.
