- Experience in US IT Bench Sales / IT Staffing.

- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment market.

- Good knowledge of US work authorization and visa categories.

- Experience working with vendors, clients, and implementation partners.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

- Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, vendor portals, and email marketing.

- Ability to work with targets and manage multiple consultants simultaneously.

- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
