We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to prepare and serve beverages while maintaining high standards of service, hygiene and bar operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Take guest orders and provide recommendations when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team for replenishment.
- Follow standard recipes, portion control and responsible service practices.
- Handle guest requests and ensure a positive bar experience.
- Maintain proper bar setup and closing procedures.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar or hotel preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage service.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Well-groomed and professional personality.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
