Drink Preparation and Service

- Mix and pour alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages using standard mixology recipes.

- Garnish drinks and serve them to customers at the bar or pass them to waitstaff for table service.

- Recommend drinks, explain menu items, and suggest daily specials. [1]

Customer Service and Safety

- Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and maintain a friendly atmosphere.

- Check customer identification (IDs) to verify legal drinking age.

- Monitor patron alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication by cutting off service safely.

- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. [1]

Bar Operations and Maintenance

- Keep the bar counter, tools, and seating areas clean, sanitized, and organized.

- Wash glassware, utensils, and bar equipment continuously.

- Restock ice, liquor, beer, garnishes, and glassware before, during, and after shifts.

- Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory counts. [1]
