We are looking for a skilled Barista with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Viman Nagar, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in coffee making and beverage preparation.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, pour-over, and cold brew.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas.

- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

- Maintain knowledge of coffee machine operation and maintenance.

- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements :





- Proven experience as a Barista or in a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.

- Strong knowledge of coffee making techniques, ingredients, and equipment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including preparing drinks and handling cash transactions.

- Basic knowledge of food costing principles and practices.

- Familiarity with QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) operations and procedures is an asset.
