Job Summary

SV Tek Group, Inc. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Bench Sales Recruiters to join our team in Vijayawada. This position is open to freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Bench Sales, US IT Staffing, or recruitment.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a strong learning attitude, and an interest in building a career in the US IT staffing industry. The role involves marketing IT consultants, working with vendors and recruiters, coordinating submissions, following up on opportunities, and supporting consultant placements.

Key Responsibilities

- Market and place IT consultants who are available on bench with suitable client requirements.
- Search and identify relevant IT job requirements from vendors, recruiters, and client networks.
- Coordinate with vendors, recruiters, and clients to identify placement opportunities.
- Submit qualified consultants to suitable job requirements.
- Follow up on consultant submissions, interviews, feedback, and placement opportunities.
- Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and recruiting partners.
- Maintain accurate records of consultant profiles, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- Coordinate with internal recruiting and staffing teams to support consultant placements.
- Monitor market trends, client requirements, and available IT opportunities.




- Follow up regularly with vendors and clients to maximize placement opportunities.
- Ensure timely communication and updates regarding consultant availability and submissions.

Required Skills

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Comfortable working in a night-shift environment.

Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Bench Sales, US IT Staffing, Recruitment, or a related field are welcome.

Shift & Work Location
- Work Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh – On-site
- Work Hours: 6:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Candidates must be comfortable working during the specified night-shift hours.
