Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Bar Associates, Assistant Bartenders and Bartenders to join our agile restaurant teams. Candidates with experience in bars, restaurants, hotels, pubs, lounges or hospitality establishments are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
- Assist with cocktail, mocktail and beverage preparation.
- Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, hygiene and required stock levels.
- Handle glassware, bar tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow standard operating procedures for beverage preparation and service.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests.
- Support the team during high-volume service and peak hours.
- Assist with bar opening, closing and daily cleaning activities.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of beverages and bar supplies.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth operations.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience in bars, restaurants,



hotels, pubs, lounges, clubs or hospitality preferred.
- Freshers may apply for Bar Associate positions.
- Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails and bar service preferred for Bartender roles.
- Strong guest service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.

Position Levels Bar Associate: Fresher to 1 year experience

Assistant Bartender: 1-2 years experience

Bartender: 2+ years experience
