Requirements:
- Strong experience in banqueting and catering operations.
- Prior experience as an Operations Manager or Banquet Manager in a 5-star hotel or reputed catering company.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale events, banquets, and catering operations.
- Solid team management, client servicing, and operational coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain high service standards and drive operational excellence.
- Candidates must have experience in the hotel industry only.
