Job Role: Background Verification Executive (BGV)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible BGV Executive to join our team in Andheri, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct background verification of candidates and employees.

Verify employment, education, address and other relevant details.

Coordinate with candidates and verification agencies.

Maintain accurate records and update verification status.

Follow up on pending verification cases.

Prepare and maintain BGV reports and documentation.

Ensure confidentiality of candidate information.

Requirements

Any Graduate

0–2 years of experience in BGV, recruitment or HR operations

Good communication skills

Knowledge of Hindi, Marathi and English

Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Good attention to detail and follow-up skills

Willingness to work from the office in Andheri, Mumbai

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Location: Andheri, Mumbai
