We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 8 years of experience in designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud Technologies, and performance tuning. The role requires hands-on development, production support, deployment automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and microservices.

Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.

Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.

Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical solution design.

Deploy applications across cloud and on-premise environments.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.

Identify and resolve application performance bottlenecks.

Conduct performance tuning of APIs, database queries, JVM, and application servers.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime.

Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Architects.

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Support monitoring, logging, and observability initiatives.

Prepare technical documentation and deployment runbooks.

Required Technical Skills

8-10 years of software engineering

Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA

Thread dump and heap dump analysis

SQL query tuning and database performance optimization

Caching strategies (Redis, Hazelcast, etc.)

Load and stress testing analysis

Observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, OpenTelemetry, ELK, or Datadog
