We are looking for an ambitious and tech-savvy Backend Java Developer with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend microservices while leveraging up-to-date cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure and exploring AI integrations (such as OpenAI/Azure OpenAI APIs or LangChain4j) to build intelligent backend services.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Core Java / Java 8+ backend code.
- Develop microservices and RESTful Web APIs using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize services hosted on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB).
- Assist in integrating AI/LLM features (e.g., Azure OpenAI,
Spring AI, vector embeddings, or prompt/API integrations) into existing applications.
- Implement object-oriented design patterns, write unit tests (JUnit, Mockito), and maintain high code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, Product) to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, debug code, and optimize application performance and database queries.
