Handling complete back-office operations for loan files (LAP Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan).
- Checking and verification of KYC documents, bank statements, and loan application forms.
- Login of files in system / portal and coordination with sales team.
- Follow-up with Banks / NBFCs for approvals, queries, and disbursement status.
- Maintaining MIS, Excel reports, and daily login / disbursement trackers.
- Coordination with Credit, Sales, and Payout teams for smooth processing.
- Resolving discrepancies and documentation queries.
- Handling payout-related documentation and case confirmations.
