We are looking for a B2B High-Ticket Sales Closer who can confidently handle qualified leads, conduct consultative sales conversations, and close high-value franchise deals.

ABOUT THE ROLEYou will be responsible for selling a high-ticket franchise business opportunity to qualified prospects.

The company generates and provides qualified leads on a daily basis, so your primary responsibility will be sales conversion - not cold calling or lead generation.

You will connect with prospects, understand their goals and requirements, present the franchise opportunity, handle objections, follow up throughout the sales cycle, and ultimately close the deal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle qualified inbound leads provided by the company.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand the prospect's goals, requirements, and investment readiness.
- Present the franchise business model and its value proposition effectively.
- Build strong relationships with prospective franchise partners.
- Handle objections around investment, business model, ROI, competition, and implementation.
- Conduct consistent and strategic follow-ups throughout the 15-21 day sales cycle.
- Negotiate effectively and convert qualified prospects into franchise partners.
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Consistently work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for a smooth post-sale handover.

IDEAL CANDIDATEWe are looking for someone who:





- Has 1-3 years of experience in B2B or high-ticket sales.
- Has a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- Is comfortable selling products/services in the ₹3.5L+ price range.
- Has excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Can confidently speak with business owners, investors, and senior decision-makers.
- Understands consultative selling and can identify the prospect's actual needs before pitching.
- Has strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.
- Is highly target-driven and motivated by performance.
- Can independently manage leads from the first conversation through closure.
