Job Summary

Urja Ayurveda is looking for a skilled and professional Ayurvedic Therapist to join our wellness team. The candidate will be responsible for providing Ayurvedic therapies and wellness treatments to clients while maintaining high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and customer care.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Ayurvedic therapies, a client-focused approach, and the ability to understand individual wellness requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Ayurvedic therapies and traditional wellness treatments as per established protocols.
- Provide treatments such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Pinda Sweda, Kati Basti, Janu Basti, and other Ayurvedic therapies, as trained and assigned.
- Understand client requirements and communicate treatment procedures clearly.
- Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation of the therapy area and equipment.
- Prepare oils, herbal products, therapy materials, and treatment rooms before sessions.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards during every treatment.
- Maintain client treatment records and provide feedback to the concerned Ayurvedic professional when required.
- Ensure a comfortable and professional experience for every client.
- Handle Ayurvedic oils, herbs, and therapy equipment responsibly.
- Follow the instructions and treatment plans provided by the Ayurvedic doctor/practitioner.




- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct.
- Support the team in maintaining overall wellness-center operations.

Requirements

- Certificate/Diploma in Ayurvedic Therapy, Panchakarma, Massage Therapy, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience as an Ayurvedic Therapist or Panchakarma Therapist is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant training and practical knowledge may also apply.
- Good understanding of basic Ayurvedic therapies and procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, professional, and client-friendly personality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow Urja Ayurveda's treatment protocols.
