Your role in our mission

- As an AWS Connect Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, implementation, and support of Amazon Connect solutions that meet business and customer needs. You will:
- Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions for voice and digital customer interactions.
- Configure and optimize call routing, IVR workflows, queues, and contact flows.
- Support omnichannel customer interactions including voice, chat, email, and SMS.
- Develop integrations between Amazon Connect, CRM platforms, and other enterprise systems.
- Build and support solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and release activities.
- Collaborate closely with business teams, architects, QA teams, and operations teams.
- Work effectively with onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support continuous
- improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

Experience





- 7+ years of experience in contact center technologies or customer service platforms.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.

Contact Center & Integration Expertise

- Good understanding of call routing, IVR, queues, and omnichannel interactions (voice, chat, email, SMS).
- Experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRM and other enterprise applications.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Healthcare domain knowledge is preferred.

Technical & Cloud Skills

- Knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based application integration and monitoring concepts.

Leadership & Soft Skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills & Solid analytical thinking and problem-solvingcapabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with onshore and offshore teams.
- Certifications (Preferred)
- AWS Connect and/or AWS Cloud certifications are preferred.
