nGovernance & AOP Delivery

- Deliver AOP targets for Loss Ratio, PCC, cost, and quality parameters.
n
- Monitor performance metrics and publish governance dashboards.
n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance frameworks.
n

nRisk, Audit & Compliance

n

n
- Drive audit readiness and closure of audit observations and risk actionable.
n
- Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Legal teams to maintain strong control hygiene.
n

nStrategic Execution & Program Management

n

n
- Lead monthly delivery plans, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project timelines.
n
- Manage cross-functional workstreams and dependencies for strategic initiatives.
n

nStakeholder Engagement & Leadership

n

n
- Collaborate with UW, Claims, Actuarial, Product, Operations, and Technology functions.
n
- Influence decision-making with data-backed insights and structured communication.
n




- Lead governance forums and leadership review cycles.
n

nReview & Communication Excellence

- Create high-impact CXO-level review decks, reports, and strategic presentations.
n
- Drive crisp documentation of processes, policies, and status updates.

nTechnical Skills

- Strong understanding of Health Insurance, underwriting principles, products, and key cost drivers.

- High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and analytical tools.

- Expertise in governance frameworks, compliance, and project management.
