Xccelera AI is looking for a highly skilled Automation Lead / Automation Architect (8–15 Years) to join our QA team, with strong expertise in Java, Selenium, Playwright, and Python, plus hands-on CI/CD experience.

What you'll be doing:

- Designing and driving end-to-end QA strategy aligned with business and product goals
- Architecting and owning the overall test automation framework strategy, standards, and reusable component libraries
- Developing and maintaining Playwright-based automation frameworks
- Implementing automated testing for UI, API, and end-to-end workflows




- Leveraging AI/ML-based testing tools for test optimization, self-healing tests, and defect prediction
- Defining test coverage, quality metrics, and release readiness criteria
- Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Performing root cause analysis for defects and production issues
- Mentoring automation engineers and enforcing architectural best practices across teams

What we're looking for:

- 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Test Automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript)
- Proven experience designing and scaling automation frameworks from the ground up
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience testing APIs, AI models, and backend services
- Experience with AI-assisted testing tools (test generation, self-healing, analytics, KaneAI)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bonus: cloud testing (AWS/Azure), BDD frameworks (Cucumber), Docker/Kubernetes, ISTQB certification
