Job Responsibilities
- Handle outbound/inbound calls with international customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable products/services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in International Tele Sales / International BPO / Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Comfortable working in international shifts.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
