Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Audiologist to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing hearing and balance disorders, along with related audiology services such as Tinnitus Management and Aural Rehabilitation.
The role involves providing patient-focused care, conducting hearing assessments, supporting hearing aid services, and guiding patients and families regarding hearing care solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments using audiological diagnostic tools.
- Assess and diagnose hearing and balance disorders.
- Fit, program, and provide support for hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
- Support patients with Tinnitus management and Aural Rehabilitation.
- Counsel patients and families regarding hearing loss and suitable hearing care solutions.
- Educate patients on hearing care and hearing protection.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical reports.
- Use audiology equipment effectively and maintain attention to clinical detail.
- Stay updated with advancements in audiology technology and clinical practices.
- Follow ethical clinical protocols and contribute to quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology — BASLP / MASLP.
- Valid RCI certification / registration.
- Minimum 1+ years of clinical experience in audiology practice.
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and a patient-focused approach.
- Technical proficiency with audiology equipment.
- Willingness to learn and grow with new technologies.
Language Proficiency
- Bellary, Karnataka: Kannada proficiency is required for effective communication with patients.
- Maharashtra locations: Marathi proficiency is required for effective communication with patients.
