Role & responsibilities To support, maintain, enhance University's AV systems across classrooms, lecture halls & events spaces. This role ensures seamless delivery of teaching, learning & institutional events through hig quality audio and visual technology.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Media or related fields.
3-5 years pf exp. in preferably higher education field.
Robust knowledge of AV systems (Crestron, Extron, Zoom, Teams )etc.
Experience with video conferencing, streaming, lecture capture technologies
Ability to troubleshoot hardware & software under pressure.
Familiarity with networking basics and integration of AV with IT systems.
Industry certifications (CTS, Extron, Crestron etc) are highly desirable.
