Job OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and dedicated Faculty – Commerce & Management to join our academic team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures for Commerce and Management subjects.
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, study materials, assignments, and other academic resources.
- Conduct examinations, tests, quizzes, and assessments as per the academic schedule.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and career development.
- Maintain a positive and engaging classroom learning environment.
- Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, workshops, events, and other academic activities.




- Contribute to curriculum development and other institutional initiatives as required.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Commerce, Management, or a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
- UGC NET/PhD is required.
- Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with 2–5 years of relevant teaching experience may apply.
- Freshers with the required qualifications are also welcome to apply.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
