MindForge AI Labs is looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer Trainer with strong technical expertise in either C#/.NET or Java. The candidate will be responsible for delivering structured training sessions, mentoring learners through hands-on projects, and preparing them with industry-relevant technical skills. Role & responsibilities

- Deliver structured training sessions as per the Full Stack syllabus, covering Common Foundation and either .NET or Java.

- Conduct practical sessions, coding exercises, assignments, and mini-projects.

- Mentor learners through capstone projects, code reviews, and Git/GitHub workflows.

- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, mock interviews, and technical assessments.

- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

- Update training materials according to current industry practices and technologies.Preferred candidate profile
