Role Summary In this strategic expansion, we are seeking Policy enthusiasts from prestigious schools to join our team as an Associate Strategic Consultant. This role drives our mission to revolutionize public sector services. The successful candidate will synthesize a deep understanding of the governmental landscape with strategic and technological expertise to translate client needs into impactful IT solutions & recommendations, ultimately shaping winning proposals for state and federal engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth research and policy analysis to identify new business opportunities and analyse key IT trends in the US public sector.
- Work closely with strategic consultants, business developmental and technical teams, to create RFPs, and client presentations aligned with client needs and organizational capabilities.
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with state and federal stakeholders. Serve as a trusted advisor to the company, ensuring client requirements and values are deeply understood and accurately translated for internal teams.
- Develop and maintain a robust internal knowledge library, synthesizing insights on emerging technologies,



public-sector trends and government modernization efforts.

Required Qualifications

- Masters Degree from a recognized institution such as:
- O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat Masters in Public Policy / Masters in Diplomacy, Law and Business.
- Ashoka University, Sonipat Masters in Economics.
- Christ University, Bangalore Masters in Public Policy.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the public sectors regulatory, technological and policy landscape.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with aptitude to articulate complex concepts and build solid stakeholder relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented professional who excels in a collaborative, on-site setting.
