Department: Sales Support – PMS / AIF Distribution

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Experience: 0–3 Years

Qualification: MBA is mandatory; BE/B.Tech + MBA (Finance) preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze business data to support business decisions.
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS, dashboards and business review reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance & Compliance teams.
- Support distributor incentive and payout processes.
- Handle distributor and client communication, business updates and follow-ups.
- Coordinate meetings and communication with distributors and internal stakeholders.

• Support sales promotions, channel engagement programs, webinars and email campaigns.

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with strong coordination and multitasking skills.
