Designer based in our Gurgaon office. This crucial role involves shaping the user experience and visual design of our diverse digital products, ensuring they not only delight our customers but also strategically drive business growth. If you are a visionary Product Designer with a profound passion for crafting intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional interfaces, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant and tangible impact on a beloved brand in the food-tech industry.

As a Sr. Product Designer at Bakingo, you will be instrumental in defining the future of our digital presence, working on innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and streamline internal operations. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of user-centered design, translating complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions that resonate with our audience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the comprehensive end-to-end design process for various digital products, spanning from initial concept exploration to final launch and iteration.
- Conduct thorough user research, usability testing,



and gather insightful feedback to meticulously inform and validate design decisions, ensuring user needs are at the core of every solution.
- Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, intuitive user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and functionality.
- Collaborate closely and proactively with product managers, software engineers, and key stakeholders to accurately define product requirements and translate business objectives into compelling user experiences.
- Ensure stringent design consistency across all digital platforms and meticulously uphold brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
- Actively contribute to fostering a strong design culture within the team and potentially mentor junior designers, sharing expertise and promoting best practices.
- Continuously stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, emerging design tools, and industry best practices to keep Bakingo at the forefront of digital innovation.

Requirements

- Proven track record and extensive experience as a Sr. Product Designer or in a similar leadership design role, evidenced by a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing design thinking and execution.
- Exceptional proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
- A solid and comprehensive understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility guidelines, and usability best practices.
- Demonstrated experience with responsive web design and mobile application design paradigms.




- Superior ability to clearly articulate design decisions, rationale, and underlying thought processes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a closely related field is highly preferred.
- Experience with design systems and maintaining scalable UI components.
