Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Domestic HR Leadership & Workforce Planning

- Partner directly with business heads and executive leaders to align headcount planning with national growth objectives.
- Lead organizational restructuring, team integration, and change management initiatives across regional business units.
- Manage Pan-India HR budgets, workforce analytics, productivity metrics, and regional attrition control programs.

2. Domestic & Tech Talent Acquisition

- Lead talent acquisition drives to hire tech (engineering, product, AI), corporate (sales, marketing, finance), and regional field teams across major metro hubs (Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR).
- Direct executive hiring, campus recruitment programs, and succession planning for business-critical roles.
- Strengthen the company's employer brand across domestic talent networks, tech communities, and top Indian universities.

3. Performance Management & Total Rewards

- Execute continuous performance management frameworks (OKRs/KRAs) to drive accountability across tech and GTM divisions.
- Design competitive domestic compensation benchmarks, annual increment structures,



variable pay schemes, and ESOP programs.
- Oversee annual appraisal cycles, performance calibrations, and employee development programs.

4. Domestic HR Operations & HRIS Management

- Oversee the deployment and optimization of enterprise HRIS platforms (e.g., Darwinbox, greytHR) for seamless attendance, leave, and payroll processing.
- Streamline employee onboarding, pre-employment screening (BGV), documentation, and offboarding workflows.
- Lead nationwide employee engagement, internal communication, and workplace culture initiatives.

5. Indian Labor Laws & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure strict adherence to Indian labor regulations, Factory Acts, Shops & Establishment Acts, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and POSH guidelines across all regional offices.
- Oversee industrial relations, contract labor management, statutory audits, and legal/disciplinary proceedings.
- Manage employee grievance redressal mechanisms and maintain corporate workplace governance.
