Electron (Node.js) Backend Development

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Node.js Developer with strong expertise in Electron.js to build and maintain enterprise-grade cross-platform desktop applications for Windows, macOS, and Linux. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of hands-on experience in desktop application architecture, Node.js backend development, security, performance optimization, and cloud-native integrations.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript, including asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, streams, worker threads, and performance optimization.
- Strong hands-on experience in Electron.js desktop application development, including Main Process, Renderer Process, IPC Communication, Preload Scripts, Native Integrations,



Auto Updates, and Application Packaging.
- Solid experience with React.js and desktop UI development, building responsive, high-performance user interfaces integrated with Electron applications.
- Strong knowledge of backend integrations and data management, including REST APIs, WebSockets, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, Redis, and secure client-server communication.
- Strong understanding of application security, cloud-native development, and DevOps practices, including Electron security best practices, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and production support.
