Role Description The Assistant Vice President – Product Implementation will lead end-to-end implementation of Expenzing’s spend management and AI-driven finance solutions for enterprise clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai involves :

- stakeholder communication
- commercial alignment on milestones achieved
- handling escalations
- running effective steercos
- leading Project Managers and Business Analysts to deliver project scoping, solution configuration, integration,



testing, and go-live to ensure successful product adoption
- Collaborating with product management teams, engineering, and sales team to align client requirements with product capabilities and roadmap
- Handling customisation requests to closure

The AVP will be meticulous about client reports and internal rackups to ensure timely and smooth implementations.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in project management, team leading and client management.
- Minimum 5 years in a product implementation role
- Minimum 10 years experience working with Indian clients
- Minimum 10 years experience in a mid-size Indian product company
- Experience in Procure to Pay solutions implementation is desirable
