Role & responsibilities

- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations.

- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.

- Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting products.

- Support the team in achieving sales targets.

- Handle billing, stock checking, and product display as required.

- Maintain proper store cleanliness and presentation.

- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

- Coordinate with store staff and ensure smooth workflow.

- Handle basic customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

- Prepare or maintain basic daily sales and stock reports.

- Follow company policies, safety standards, and store procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate / 12th Pass (as per company requirement).

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer operations is an advantage.

- Customer-focused and willing to learn.

- Ability to work in a team and handle responsibility.

- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
