Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Consultant/Operating Surgeon in surgical procedures.
- Conduct patient assessment and assist in pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Assist in OT preparation, surgical procedures, and emergency interventions.
- Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in clinical condition.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and operative documentation.
- Ensure adherence to infection-control, patient-safety, and hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with nursing, anaesthesia, and other clinical teams.
- Comply with applicable medical, ethical, and NABH standards.
Qualification: MBBS with valid registration with the appropriate Medical Council. Experience: Relevant clinical/surgical experience preferred.
