We are looking for a qualified and dynamic faculty member in Accountancy & Finance with strong academic knowledge and practical orientation.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

1. Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Security Analysis and other related areas.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis, dashboards and financial applications.
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, valuation, budgeting and financial decision-making.
- Design and deliver case studies, simulations, projects and industry-oriented assignments in Accountancy & Finance.
- Positive communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor students and contribute to academic and institutional responsibilities.

Qualifications:

- MBA, M.Com, M.Com (Hons.) or Ph.D. in the relevant area, as applicable.
- Prior teaching experience at the college/university level is preferred.
- Relevant industry experience in finance, accounting, investment analysis or financial analytics will be an added advantage.
