Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales professional with experience in the cement manufacturers, cement companies, cement logistics etc. Or allied industries.



The candidate will be responsible for developing institutional and industrial customers and driving EV tractor adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for EV Tractor products in the cement industry.
- Identify and develop business opportunities with:

- Cement manufacturers

- Cement logistics companies
- Experience in handling corporate accounts / institutional accounts.
- Develop new accounts and manage existing institutional customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, vehicle demonstrations and pilot projects.
- Understand customer transportation requirements and identify suitable applications for EV Tractor deployment.
- Good commercial negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations and cement plants.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer database, CRM/MIS and sales forecasts.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Promote EV Tractor solutions for cement, clinker and raw-material transportation.
- Prepare and present Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and business-case proposals comparing EV and diesel operations.
