- Manage the end-to-end Talent Management cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and people strategies.

- Conduct potential and talent assessments to identify high-potential employees and future leadership talent.

- Facilitate Talent Council meetings, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up on key talent decisions and actions.

- Manage Development Action Committees (DACs) / Development Discussions to drive individual development and growth opportunities.

- Maintain, analyse, and present talent data, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven talent decisions.

- Partner with key stakeholders to identify talent development needs, succession requirements, and capability gaps.
