Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Atchuthapuram.

The Assistant

Manager will support project planning and execution, including tracking progress against schedules, coordinating resources, and assisting in resolving day-to-day site issues.

Responsibilities include monitoring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards, preparing reports and documentation, and supporting communication between project managers, site teams, vendors, and other stakeholders. The role will also involve assisting in cost monitoring, materials management,



and process improvements to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in line with organizational objectives.

The Assistant

Manager is expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth site operations and support timely project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong project coordination and site management capabilities, with the ability to support planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and use of basic project management and MS Office tools; familiarity with digital construction tools or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Sound understanding of construction practices, safety standards, and quality requirements; prior experience in industrial or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement in site processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; relevant skilled certifications in safety, quality, or project management are an added benefit.
- Willingness to work on-site in Atchuthapuram and adapt to dynamic project environments, including adherence to all company safety and compliance guidelines.
