Asst. Manager / Manager – Finance & Accounts

Reporting to: Finance Controller / Head – Finance

Team: 4–5 Finance & Accounts members

Role Overview

Responsible for review, supervision and overall control of Finance & Accounts operations, ensuring accuracy, timely closure, compliance and effective financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and review day-to-day accounting, AP, AR, GL, banking and month-end closing.
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, balance sheet and cash-flow reports.
- Review GST, TDS and other statutory compliances and ensure timely filing.
- Oversee vendor/customer reconciliations, ageing and outstanding balances.
- Review inventory accounting and reconciliation across stores and warehouses.
- Coordinate and support statutory, tax and internal audits.
- Monitor financial controls, SOPs and compliance across finance processes.
- Review cash-flow, working capital and key financial metrics.
- Support budgeting,



forecasting and business analysis.
- Identify process gaps and drive automation and process improvements.
- Guide, supervise and review the work of a 4–5 member finance team.
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Sales, HR and Technology teams on finance-related matters.
- Qualification & Experience
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in retail / e-commerce / FMCG / inventory-driven businesses preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, MIS and ERP systems.
- Experience with Zoho Books/Inventory, similar ERP preferred.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
