Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement in business processes and operations.

- Develop and implement lean six sigma methodologies to optimize process efficiency and reduce waste.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy current products or services.

- Ensure compliance with ISO standards by conducting regular audits and providing training on quality management systems.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in an IT services & consulting industry as an IMS specialist or similar role.

- Strong understanding of internal audit principles, including ISO audit requirements.

- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma certification program (e.g., Green Belt) is desirable.
