Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – International Marketing to drive global market development, distributor management, product marketing, and business growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage international distributors and channel partners; track sales, targets, and market growth.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential distribution partners.
- Support product positioning, launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Develop presentations, marketing materials, product training, and distributor communication.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, pricing, and industry trend monitoring.
- Coordinate with Regulatory, Sales, Supply Chain, and Product teams for registrations, forecasting,



and product availability.
- Support international conferences, exhibitions, KOL engagement, and scientific/clinical promotion activities.
- Contribute to global marketing strategies and market expansion initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
- 10+ years of experience in international marketing/export sales in Pharma, Ophthalmology, or Medical Devices.
- Robust experience in distributor management and international market development.
- Knowledge of export processes, regulatory coordination, and international business.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
