Role & Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning of banking services
Handle customer queries, requests, and account-related transactions professionally
Support account opening, KYC documentation, and other operational processes
Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
Assist the team in achieving overall branch objectives and customer satisfaction goals
Preferred Candidate Profile
Any graduate (all disciplines welcome)
Freshers are welcome to apply; prior banking experience is a plus but not required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and work in a customer-facing role
Basic computer knowledge
