About the Role

Thomas Cook (India) Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join its MICE - Exhibitions Operations Team. The role involves end-to-end management of exhibition projects, coordination with corporate clients, associations, government bodies, vendors, hotels, airlines, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of domestic and international exhibitions

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 4-6 years of experience in Exhibition Operations, Event Operations, MICE, Conferences, Trade Shows, or Corporate Events.

- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

- Willingness to travel for project execution and in office event management.

Key Responsibilities

- Liaise with Corporate Clients, Associations, Government Bodies, PSUs, Councils, and other stakeholders for exhibition requirements.





- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations.

- Manage end-to-end execution of exhibitions and trade fairs.

- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, venues, consulates, tourism boards, vendors, and suppliers.

- Handle on-site exhibition management and ensure smooth event execution.

- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of agreed services.

- Supervise operational activities and maintain process adherence.

- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Maintain documentation, accounting process compliance, and timely file closure.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for successful project delivery.
