Role & responsibilities

- Hands-on work experience in the thermal domain of passenger cars or commercial automotive vehicle EV and Hybrid architectures.

- Deep knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and refrigeration cycles (VCC) used in electric vehicles.

- Good understanding of battery heat generation rates, cell thermal runaway simulation, and motor/inverter cooling jacket optimizations.

- Working knowledge of standard vehicle thermal duty cycles, fast-charging thermal constraints, and extreme ambient testing conditions.

- Able to build, mesh, and run simulation models on tools like AVL Cruise M, GT-SUITE, ANSYS Fluent, or equivalent CFD/1D simulation software.

- Ability to handle independent technical assignments and deliver high-quality simulation results with transparent conclusions.

Execute tasks with minimal supervision, meeting project timelines with a result-oriented approach.
