InsideJob Sales is a growing B2B sales development company serving manufacturers, with operations across the US, Mexico, and India. We’re now building our dedicated finance function in India and are looking for an experienced US Accounting professional to take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations for our US entity.
What you’ll own
You’ll be responsible for
? End-to-end monthly close for the US entity
? Bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
? Accounts payable and accounts receivable
? Client invoicing and collections follow-up
? Expense and travel review
? US payroll support and reconciliation
? Intercompany reconciliations
?? Coordination with our India team and compliance partner
? Building SOPs and improving finance processes
⚙️ Helping implement and administer our finance systems
This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You’ll have real ownership and the chance to build processes from the ground up.
We’re looking for someone who has
5–8 years of accounting/finance operations experience
Strong hands-on experience with US GAAP
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Personally handled month-end close from start to finish
Experience working with US-based clients, ideally through a KPO, GCC, or outsourced accounting environment
B.Com or equivalent, plus CA Inter, CMA, or MBA (Finance)
Strong written English and the ability to work independently
Comfort working with a US time-zone overlap
Great if you also have
Experience with Ramp, Bill.com, or similar platforms
Multi-entity or multi-currency accounting experience
Experience working in a small/lean finance team
Experience with finance-system implementation or migration
