Assistant Manager (AM), Product Design/Rollout position for the LM COE team.

Candidate Eligibility:
- 23 years of experience in Last Mile, E-Commerce, Quick Commerce or 3PL operations.
- 2 years of relevant experience in a product design or process control role.
- Strong skills in excel, dashboards, and data visualisation.
- Strong Program and Stakeholder management.
- Experience in independently owning and driving projects.
- Well versed in SOP creation and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple cross functional projects simultaneously and share daily updates.
- Work with various stakeholders, including the Product team to raise new requirements and support the launch of new processes and products in Last Mile hubs.
- Drive continuous process improvement by identifying operational gaps and implementing solutions.
- Deliver new product launch plan & training management.
- Create process documentation, including SOPs and process flow documents.
