Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire national, regional and local retail brands.
- Manage the complete leasing cycle from lead generation and negotiations to deal closure.
- Negotiate rentals, CAM, security deposit, lock-in, escalation, revenue share and other commercial terms.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
- Drive lease renewals, tenant retention, expansions and relocations.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective brands and leasing opportunities.
- Ensure an optimum tenant mix across F&B;, fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, services and other categories.
- Conduct market research on competitor malls, rental trends, new brands and retail developments in Noida/NCR.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Projects, Operations and Marketing teams for smooth deal closure and store opening.
- Prepare leasing MIS,



pipeline reports, revenue forecasts and management presentations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual leasing targets.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: MBA/Graduate , Real Estate, Business Management or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 812 years of relevant experience in Mall Leasing / Retail Leasing / Commercial Real Estate.
- Strong understanding of the Noida/NCR retail market and brand ecosystem.
- Established network with retail, F&B;, lifestyle and entertainment brands will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, business development and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and leasing MIS.

Preferred Industry Background Candidates from Mall Developers, Retail Leasing Companies, Shopping Mall Operators, Commercial Real Estate Developers or Retail Brands are preferred.
