Role & responsibilities

- Dispatch Operations: Oversee daily dispatch schedules and coordinate the loading, routing, and delivery of products.
- Team Supervision: Guide, and supervise dispatchers and logistics staff to maintain high accuracy and performance
- Logistics Coordination: Liaise with transport providers, carriers, and warehouse teams to optimize freight costs and delivery times.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate preparation of shipping documents, invoices, and compliance with safety and transport regulations.
- Tracking & Problem Solving: Monitor shipment tracking systems (GPS/TMS) and resolve delays, route issues, or customer complaints promptly
- Reporting: Prepare regular Management Information System (MIS) reports on delivery performance,



turnaround times, and pending shipments.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4 to 5+ years of experience in Dispatch.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Tally), ERP systems, and Transportation Management Software (TMS).
- Soft Skills: Solid leadership, multitasking ability, clear communication, and problem-solving under pressure.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with local transport laws, safety standards, and routing software.
