The role emphasizes developing students analytical, practical, and professional competencies while supporting the institution's academic standards and strategic objectives through contemporary teaching and research practices.

nKey Responsibilities

- Deliver PGDM courses using innovative, interactive, and industry-relevant teaching methodologies
n
- Design, develop, and continuously update curriculum in line with emerging industry trends and academic advancements
n
- Maintain an active research profile with publications in reputed journals (ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science, or equivalent)
n
- Mentor and guide students in academic progression, career development, and research initiatives
n
- Engage with industry stakeholders for collaborations, live projects, guest lectures, and workshops
n




- Contribute to institutional development through participation in academic committees, accreditation processes, and strategic initiatives
n
- Promote experiential learning through case studies, simulations, and real-world applications
n

nQualifications & Experience

nGeneral Requirements:

- Ph.D. in relevant discipline (mandatory)
n
- 4–5 years of experience in academia, research, or industry
n
- Robust research track record with recent publications in reputed indexed journals (ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science, or equivalent)
n
- Demonstrated experience in student mentoring, curriculum design, and innovative teaching practices
n
