Henosis is an AI consultancy and an approved member of Anthropic's Claude Partner Network. We build AI solutions for clients, and we're growing a team of certified AI Engineers.

The Role

You'll work with clients and our internal team to turn business needs into AI-powered products. You'll help design solutions built on Claude and support client delivery from idea to launch. This role is for someone eager to learn it all , not someone who claims to know it all .

What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication skills (mandatory). You can explain ideas clearly to clients and teammates, in writing and in conversation.
- Creative thinking (mandatory). You approach problems with fresh ideas, not just textbook answers.
- Ability to understand business and product requirements and turn them into explicit solutions
- Working knowledge of AI/LLM terms (prompts, tokens, context windows, agents, RAG, and so on)
- Familiarity with UI/UX terms (wireframes, user flows, prototypes, usability)
- Curiosity, ownership, and a strong willingness to learn fast





Probation & Certification

- The role starts with a 3-month probation period .
- During probation, you'll prepare for and take the official Anthropic Claude certification exam , with guidance and prep resources from Henosis.
- Conversion to a full-time position depends on passing the certification and on your overall performance during probation.
